Foul Apple

I´ve been to five shops in Cologne yesterday and today asking for a third party power adapter for my iPad, because the original Apple device blew on my holidays. In all shops I was told they are only selling the Apple product (I heard prices from 29 to 58 Euros...) and there was no such thing as a working third party power adapter for the iPad. After the fifth shop I went over to my nearby office, where a third party power adapter was waiting in my desk. iPad is loading now...

So Apple users, ever had they feeling you have been brainwashed and conned big times?

(Third party power adapter was around 12 Euros when I bought it last year btw.)
