The best ice cream I had for some time was a homemade one I just tried this weekend. The sweet hint came from this site. All you need is boiling down balsamic vinegar and strawberry jam and add this mixture with a few crushed Oreos into softened vanilla ice cream. After refreezing the lot for a while the ice cream is ready to serve. I tried it with a bit of extra mango balsamic vinegar, which tasted quite good along with the other flavours. Don´t ask about the calories though...
