Heard news that this hotel claims to be the first real seven star hotel on this planet. So forget about that fancy little Burj and other places, in Milan they have the real deal. So we read "Butler service, Concierge, Multi-lingual staff, Room service & laundry service, Business centre, Nannies (available upon request), Complimentary shoeshine service" - isn´t that what nearly every hotel above four stars claims to have? OVERRATED, we think!
